Marco Sacco was born in 1965 in Premosello Chiovenda (VB), a small village in the Val d'Ossola in Piedmont. His parents, Gaston and Brown, restaurateurs always, arrive in 1974 at Little Lake Thus, since childhood, Mark has tasted a chef, helping his father in the kitchen.
